Thomas G. Luciano is a co-founder of DVP Technologies. He brings over two decades of experience in the areas of sales, commercial operations, and network design. Tom focuses on business development and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and client retention.
Tom previously founded The Deerfield Organization, which was established to market, implement and support telecommunications network services to enterprise businesses.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from the Fordham University College of Business Administration.

Michael Rafferty is a co-founder of DVP Technologies, where he drives business development, sales, vendor management and financial operations.
Michael previously founded Vanguard Network Services, an independent telecommunications services agency. Prior to forming Vanguard, Mr. Rafferty maintained an exceptional performance level as an account executive for Cable and Wireless, Inc. from 1994-1997.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College.
Eric Nygard has been with DVP Technologies, since 2001. Eric oversees project and account management for DVP, with a focus on project planning, implementation, support and customer retention.
Prior to joining DVP, Mr. Nygard worked as an Applications Engineer for a global hardware company. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Charlene Erbe is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, the CRM system and internal data reporting at DVP Technologies. She is involved in both pre-sales and post-sales activities with clients and vendors.
Charlene brings an extensive experience in management, client support and system maintenance to DVP.
After attending Central Connecticut State University, Charlene became Sales Compensation Manager at Pitney Bowes for 15 years. She then took on supporting roles at Prescient Worldwide and a wealth management firm.

Our tenured staff of network services professionals is uniquely qualified to evaluate and address the evolving telecommunications and IP network issues facing your business.
We function as “free consultants,” employing strategic methodologies to identify risks and optimize integrated network and cloud solutions. We will conduct a thorough examination of your current communications requirements to understand and appraise how those needs are being addressed today.
In addition, evolving business requirements and advancing technologies are carefully considered to ensure proposed solutions are flexible and “built to last.” We employ a “best-practice” approach to network and cloud design to present state-of-the-art recommendations that improve productivity, systems redundancy, and expense reduction.
There is no cost or obligation to engage our services. Unlike the traditional “direct sales” model, our compensation from our service partners is in proportion to our ability to best create and maintain client satisfaction, not from new sales.
We will perform a full audit of the existing telecommunications, cloud and IP network infrastructures. We then evaluate desired augmentations, and prepare a detailed cost analysis-comparison with proposed recommendations.
We facilitate the deployment and continued support of network infrastructure from “cradle to grave.”
We will fully oversee contract negotiation and project management, coordinate implementation scheduling, and assist with testing/turn- up of services. At the onset, a detailed schedule of implementation procedures, timeframes, and contacts will be provided.
We will also provide your designated personnel with a complete organization/escalation chart of troubleshooting and support processes. We also regularly conduct scheduled Service Reviews to address requirements on a continual, proactive basis. This approach enables our specialists to keep your business running at peak network efficiency.
