With several years' experience in the telecommunications and broadband sectors, Thomas G. Luciano and Michael J. Rafferty, created DVP TECHNOLOGIES to design, sell, and implement high-end communications services to the corporate, carrier, and web-based media markets. DVP TECHNOLOGIES is aligned with premier Internet and telecommunications providers to offer "best-of-breed" broadband and network infrastructure solutions. Our service portfolio includes managed web-hosting services, wholesale voice and data configurations, carrier or ISP colocation, wide area network data solutions, dedicated Internet bandwidth, wireless/microwave backhaul, consulting services for RFP design, and voice services.

Management Team
Thomas Luciano founded The Deerfield Organization, Inc. in 1996. Deerfield was established to design, sell, implement, and support telecommunications network services to enterprise businesses. Mr. Luciano was previously employed as a Chairman's Level Sales Representative of Cable and Wireless, Inc. from 1989-1996 and was personally responsible for a client base with annual revenues exceeding $5,000,000. From 1987-1989 Mr. Luciano held the position of Account Executive for Executone Information Systems. From 1981 through 1987 Mr. Luciano was employed in various financial accounting capacities for The Dreyfus Corporation and Automated Data Processing (ADP). Mr. Luciano earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting from Fordham University College of Business Administration (1981).

Michael Rafferty founded Vanguard Network Services, Inc., an independent telecommunications services agency in March 1997. Prior to forming Vanguard, Mr. Rafferty maintained an exceptional performance level as a marketing representative for Cable and Wireless, Inc. from 1994-1997. During this experience, Mr. Rafferty achieved two national contest awards, dozens of regional awards, and served on multiple sales-oriented committees. His educational background includes receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in 1991.
